# Ticket

Ticket-based access approval

Requires JumpServer Enterprise Edition. Enable workflow-driven asset authorization requests with configurable approval periods and admin review.

## Enable ticket

In the right area of the top navigation bar, click .

In the left menu, click **<Icon name="Feature" /> Features**.

On the right page, click **Ticket** tab.

In the **Ticket** field, check the box to enable ticket.

Click **Submit**.

## Configuration parameters

### Approval without login

Whether administrators are allowed to approve tickets directly without logging in.

### Period

Set the default validity period of authorization here when users apply for asset authorization.

### Unit

Set the default unit of the authorization validity period here when users apply for asset authorization.
