Enable ticket
1.
In the right area of the top navigation bar, click .

In the left menu, click Features.
3.
On the right page, click Ticket tab.
4.
In the Ticket field, check the box to enable ticket.
5.
For other information, refer to the configuration parameters.
6.
Click Submit.

Approval without login
Whether administrators are allowed to approve tickets directly without logging in.
Period
Set the default validity period of authorization here when users apply for asset authorization.
Unit
Set the default unit of the authorization validity period here when users apply for asset authorization.
