License
Enterprise features such as organizations, roles, custom appearance, VirtualApp, tickets, account storage, SMS, and advanced audit reports require a valid license. Compare editions in Community vs Enterprise.
The License page shows the current edition of the deployment and, once a license is imported, the licensed capacity and expiration date. JumpServer community edition runs with open-source licensing and cannot import an enterprise license file.
Overview
When JDMC is enabled in the deployment, selecting License in System Settings opens the license management page of the Device Manager console instead, where the machine code can be read and the license file uploaded.
Import a license
In the right area of the top navigation bar, click .

In the left menu, click License.
Click Import.
In the import dialog, choose the license file supplied by the vendor.
Click Confirm. The page reloads and displays the licensed details.

Field reference
Importing a new license replaces the current entitlement. If the license has expired or the licensed asset count is exceeded, the features that depend on it become unavailable until the license is renewed, while existing data is retained. Contact the vendor through Technical consultation on the same page when you need a replacement or an extension.
